You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Refund Policy

Fenoms commits to providing quality services over a 30-day period. As our services are based on a time commitment rather than a physical product, we cannot offer full refunds. If you choose to cancel your subscription within the 30 days, any refund will be calculated on a pro-rated basis, reflecting the number of hours utilized during that period. The remainder will be refunded to you.

7. Fenom Switching Policy

If you are not satisfied with the Fenom assigned to you, you may request a switch to another Fenom. Fenoms will facilitate this change to improve your experience. If, after the switch, you still feel dissatisfied, you may then proceed with a refund request, which will be evaluated under our pro-rated refund policy.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful or inappropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fenoms, its affiliates, or their licensors or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fenoms, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
